Over the weekend, I hosted a wedding planning workshop at Dani Fine Photography in Northampton Massachusetts. The focus of the workshop was wedding flowers, bridal jewelry and how to get your wedding published. Attendees were greeted with gift bags, a free issue of WellWed Magazine and sips and sweets.
Christine Adams, owner of Badger’s Flowers, brought some amazing displays to show as example while she answered questions and gave insight about all things wedding flowers.
Flora-ly is a business you must know about now. Linda creates timeless pieces that incorporate your wedding flowers and other wedding keepsakes. This is one of those services that you wished you knew about ahead of time. Well, now you do!!
Martha Bergeron, from Stella & Dot, showed us some jaw-dropping pieces that are multi-function pieces. I had my eye on a few of her pieces, I know that!
Dani, owner of Dani Fine Photography, wrapped up the workshop with a slideshow presentation of how to get your wedding published. A lot of couples do not realize that they can have their wedding published in a magazine or a blog if it has all the right unique details! How fun is that!? You’d get to share the write up with friends or family, forever. That’s especially great if they were unable to attend.
And, congratulations to Sarah Colson for being the winner of the fun Betsy Johnson bag full of goodies I gave away as a door prize!
No worries if you missed this workshop, I host the workshops throughout the year on different topics. The next one is coming up on Sunday, May 3rd, at 11 a.m. The May 3rd workshop will be held at In White Bridal Boutique in Feeding Hills MA, and will celebrate the moms!
Brides, bring the mothers of the bride/groom, and let them enjoy a day of pampering and to learn about topics that directly relate to them! The workshop is free and is planned for the weekend before Mother’s Day.
