As luck would have it, I know the owner of the newest, and certainly pretty, Boylston Room in Easthampton Massachusetts! The venue is slated to be ready to host weddings by the end of summer 2016, and they are already accepting bookings for weddings and events now.
When Erin (the owner) asked if I would style the space for a photo shoot to help promote the venue and just show how..insanely..pretty..it..is..already..I was thrilled! Such a beautiful blank slate for any wedding or event. White brick, need I say more?!
I quickly pulled together a team that could pull off such a swoon-worthy shoot:
Photography: Brooke Ellen Photography
Rentals: Jerome’s Party Plus
Flowers: Tanya Costigan Events (Lynn)
Styling & Decor: Tanya Costigan Events (Tanya)
Edison Lighting: materials from CJC Event Lighting, installed by the shoot team
Venue: The Boylston Room
I did three looks in the space. Two were based on a classic look..using two different chair styles, so you could see how each chair style would look in the space. The third was a play on industrial and colorful to pop against the white walls.
First I want to show you what the space actually looked like on shoot day and what we made it look like. If this can pulled off while the site is a construction zone, imagine when it is complete! Holy wow!
Now, here is the full shoot!
Look #1: Classic white and light grey with white garden chairs
Look #2: Classic white and light grey with fruitwood chiavari chairs
Look #3: Colorful industrial with camel and burgundy
