The Lace Factory in Deep River CT has some serious swoon factor. Set in a quaint Connecticut town, across the street from Deep River Landing on the Connecticut River, this old mill building sits with great patina of aging paint on brick, beautiful old wood floors and windows for days. <gushing sigh>
